Counseling Approach.

At the heart of effective Christian counseling is an experience of the empowering presence of God. Facilitating that connection is what it means to make space for grace.

Carol’s approach to counseling seeks to integrate counseling skills and strategies with Biblical principles in addressing the psychological, social, physical and spiritual issues of health. She utilizes a variety of cognitive strategies and family systems orientations as well as traditional prayer therapy and Splankna in her counseling.

How do I begin?

Finding the right counselor is like finding the right pair of shoes! Not every shoe fits, and no counselor is the right fit for every client. The first step is to contact Carol and set up an initial phone conversation. You’ll be able to talk about your desire for counseling and whether Carol is the right counselor to join you in this journey. Every counseling journey is a great adventure! Are you ready to start yours?
