Splankna.

We are conscious of only about 5% of our thoughts and emotions.  The rest are stored in our subconscious.  Issues of anxiety, depression, and trauma often manifest in our conscious but have their roots in our subconscious.  Cognitive therapies are limited because they are based on what thoughts we can recognize consciously and reframe. 

I use Splankna (pronounced Splawnk-nuh), a mind-body energy healing prayer protocol, to access roots of trauma, anxiety and depression that have been stored in the sub-conscious or passed through the generations.  This prayer protocol utilizes elements of Kinesiology (muscle testing), Thought Field Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Neural-Emotional Technique, to dig up those negative default thought patterns and unplug their power.  Through the creative element of Splankna, the negative thought patterns that have been identified can be rewritten to reflect the healing and empowering truth of God’s love, unlocking identity and bringing healing from the torments of anxiety, depression and trauma.
